I really enjoyed clean and perfect room in this hotel.

Have stayed here many times and would still consider staying here again. The accommodation had a central location close to the Springfield airport for a flight early in the morning. What's more, it was very close to an amazing restaurant and good restaurant options and the parade of cars in the afternoon.

Wonderful hotel with compact rooms and pleasant staff. Exceptionally good views, awesome breakfast with many toppings, a chef to cook eggs or make omelets plus omelets. Magnificent location in the Cafe', in the good area.

The room for the fridge or microwave. The breakfast was generous for what was on offer, with fresh products and oatmeal.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Springfield and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as there were many other restaurants within walking distance. We loved being in a good area and were pleasantly surprised to find electric charging stations nearby, which was convenient for our electric car. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained with no issues. The service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient, making our stay even better. We also enjoyed the breakfast options available, with a great variety of food to choose from. The facilities at the hotel were well-maintained and we were impressed with the amenities offered. our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely consider coming back to the area in the future.

The lobby decor could use some updating.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants provided tasty meals. The hotel was quiet despite the presence of a volleyball tournament. The concierge was accommodating and ensured privacy on the top floor.

Great rooms and comfort, very clean.

Pool area could be cleaner, noticed that some of the outdoor area needed revoation.

They billed for $60 incidentals upfront

We stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for a family wedding and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant, Houlihan's, was excellent, with delicious food and a good variety on the menu. The fitness room was well-maintained, and we loved the convenient location near Walmart and other restaurants. An added bonus was the lobby water cooler, which made filling sports bottles a breeze.

We recommend this hotel.

Would have liked to bring our dog, but the wt. Limit is 35 lbs.

I liked the design and layout of the hotel. We really enjoyed the surprise warm cookies when we checked in. We thought the room was nice, clean and updated.

We were dissapointed in the pool area. The swimming pool was very cold, and the hot tub was very hot. It was one of the worst pools we've ever used in a hotel.
